SMS Terms

If you entered your phone number at a Fotova photo booth, this explains what you agreed to, what you will receive, and how to stop.
Who is texting you
Messages are sent by Notliss LLC, which operates Fotova — the photo booth software used at the event you attended. The event itself was run by an independent operator; we send the message on their behalf so you can get your photos.
How you opted in
You typed your mobile number into the photo booth screen, checked the consent box, and tapped send, in order to receive the photos from your own session. The box is unchecked until you check it, and the send button does nothing until you do. That is the only way a number enters our system. We do not buy phone numbers, we do not import lists, and there is no way to be enrolled by anyone other than yourself at the booth.
Entering a number is optional. Guests who skip it still get their printed strip, and can still scan the on-screen code to reach the same photos without giving us anything.

What you receive
One message per session, containing a link to your photos from that session. It is transactional: you asked for your pictures, and this delivers them. It contains no advertising.
If you use the booth more than once at an event, you receive one message per session. If the first message fails to send, we may retry it.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how many times you use a booth. In the ordinary case it is one message, once. There is no recurring program and no ongoing series to be subscribed to.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving text messages. Check your plan if you are unsure.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. If you later want your photos by text again, enter your number at a booth and reply START to re-subscribe.
Opting out of texts does not delete your photographs — those follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy, and the link you already received continues to work until it expires.
Getting help
Reply HELP to any message for support information, or write to [email protected]. If you need photos removed rather than just the texts stopped, contact the operator who ran your event, or write to us and we will pass it on — the route is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that a message arrives, and delivery is not supported on every carrier or every kind of number — landlines and some voice-over-IP numbers cannot receive it. If nothing arrives, the on-screen code at the booth reaches the same photos.
Your data
Your phone number is used to deliver that bundle and to keep a record that the delivery happened. It is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to market anything to you. It is removed along with the rest of the session at the end of the event’s retention window. The Privacy Policy has the detail, including which providers carry the message.
