Delete an event or its photos

Two different things, deliberately separate: removing the guests' photos, or removing the event.

There are two different things you might mean, and they are separate on purpose: deleting the guests’ photos, or deleting the event itself.

Delete the guest photos, keep the event

Open the event, then SettingsData → Delete guest photos. This removes the event’s photos, strips, clips and guest contact details now, ahead of the retention window. The event and its settings stay.

This is what you want when a client asks for their guests’ data to be removed early, or when you have delivered everything and would rather not be holding it.

Delete the event

In the same section, Delete event permanently removes the event and all its settings.

What this does not do

Deleting an event does not touch your account, your other events, or your subscription. For that, see Delete your account.
