Set or change the operator PIN

The code your staff use to leave the booth.

The operator PIN is the code your staff enter to leave the booth. It exists so an iPad on a table at a wedding is not one tap away from your client list.

Set or change it

  1. Open SettingsKiosk & security.
  2. Make sure PIN lock is on. With it off, the hidden corner leaves the booth without asking for anything.
  3. Tap Change PIN next to Operator PIN and enter the new code.

Choosing one

  • Pick something your staff can enter with one hand while holding a camera, in a dark venue.
  • Avoid the venue’s year, the couple’s date, or anything a guest could guess from the signage two feet away.
  • Change it when someone leaves your team. The PIN is per iPad, so each device can have its own.
